Он вступит в силу 1 сентября 2023 года.
За некорректную подачу или непредоставление данных о рекламной кампании в Роскомнадзор, распространение рекламы без идентификатора и нарушение обязанностей ОРД будет предусмотрена административная ответственность: • для граждан в размере до 100 тыс. руб., • для должностных лиц — до 200 тыс. руб., • для юридических лиц — до 500 тыс. руб, а для юрлиц — операторов рекламных данных (ОРД) — до 700 тыс. руб.
